This was the fastest and easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever have. Buying a car in my past experience took all day, I was done in 2 hrs. After communicating with Mr. Adam Dauphine on what I wanted, he had my financing done and the car I wanted to buy ready for my test driving the next day. It was amazing. I bought a 2022 Nissan Sentra here in January. I have never been to a dealership with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism as LeBlanc Iberia Nissan. Customer service is by far the best in this region. One thing that sticks out was they didn't pressure you into buying anything, instead they let you decide on what you wanted to do and assisted you with whatever you chose to do.

I went in to Leblanc Nissan to replace a tire. A previous shop had told me my tire was not repairable on my brand new vehicle because of a nail. My intent was to purchase a new tire. Thankfully because of Leblanc’s honest service, I left with a tire patch and not a new tire. Although the shop I had visited first said it could not be repaired, it could be and Leblanc did the repair instead of trying to up charge me on a new tire

Recently purchased a 2022 Sentra SV at LeBlanc Nissan. I'm a very proactive individual, I ask a lot of questions, very transparent, and outspoken. With that said I can be a little over the top. I've purchase many cars from various dealerships in Louisiana and out of state. My salesperson Kim has the patience of a butterfly. She even answered one of my many calls while on her vacation. Going into the finance office is my least favorite part of a car purchase even if it's a cash purchase. I know that it's their job to sale you additional warranties, packages, and pricing. However, I must acknowledge the finance manager Mr. Ed Pichoff. He was very attentive, answered all of my questions, and made it his priority to satisfy me. Remember there's a car shortage which means there are more buyers then cars. If I ever need to purchase another vehicle and wait another 6 weeks fot it to be delivered I will definitely do it again with LeBlanc Iberia Nissan. Kim will definitely assist me as my sales representative and Mr. Ed will handle my financing.

First of all, they wash your car when they're done. Secondly, the work is done you're sitting in a nice comfortable area with a big screen TV, cold water, hot coffee; and in the end you're surprised with a discount from the rewards program that they offer. You pay less than you anticipated. Everybody's friendly, such a warm environment and just all around good service no excellent service. They also keep you informed of future maintenance that your vehicle will need and when. No I will never buy another Nissan I love my Nissan Murano and with the good care I get from LeBlanc Nissan I should never need to buy another. Thank you Nissan.

Awesome experience ! We have been to more than a few dealers in the past few years but were satisfied with none . Leblanc Nissan in New Iberia is the best dealer we have ever purchased from. our salesman Mr. Rodney was the best ! He made the trip worth wild . He knew what we needed and he got it done . Excellent finance manager too and I cant forget to mention Sarah Guidry in service (she is great) not just because she is my daughter of coarse . The whole dealership seems like family and we were in a very relaxed atmosphere . Will be back for sure .
